Observed soda nozzles with excessive build up. CA: Food contact surfaces shall be cleaned at a frequency to maintain cleanliness to sight and touch.

Observed two containers of chili in the walk-in cooler with a date label of 1/23. CA: RTE and TCS foods requiring date marks may not be held in the facility over 7 days with day 1 being the prep day. COS: PIC discarded the chili

Observed multiple chemical spray bottles throughout kitchen and front food service area without the name of the chemical. CA: Working containers used for storing poisonous or toxic materials such as cleaners and sanitizers taken from bulk supplies shall be clearly and individually identified with the common name of the material.
