27 - all furniture, waste receptacles, draperies, carpets; clean, and in good repair, considered the property of and furnished by the tourist accommodation

Observed inoperable phone in room 112 and 210, smoke detector in disrepair in room 321, batteries removed from the smoke detector, mini fridge cabinet in need or repair or replacement, cracked outlet cover and TV damaged and possibly burned in room 314. CA: All furniture, draperies, appliances, carpets and other accessories in the tourist accommodation must be maintained in good repair and kept clean. Corrections must be made before rooms can be rented out
28 - beds, mattresses, mattress pads, springs, frames, pillows, and bed coverings clean; vermin free and in good condition; bed linen properly supplied, changed and laundered

Observed tears on the comforter in room 112, stain on the bedding in room 220, torn box spring and stain on the bedding in room 321, pen markings on the bedding in room 314. CA: CA: Beds, mattresses, mattress pads and all coverings shall be clean and free of vermin. Corrections must be made prior to renting rooms
16 - toilet/lavatory/bathing facility fixtures and rooms clean and maintained; properly lighted, clearly marked, proper signage, and all in good repair

Observed toilet with build-up in the basin in need of cleaning, wallpaper peeling near the bathtub, and bathroom vent with dust build up on it in room 112, wallpaper near the bath tub peeling and in disrepair and the light bulb burnt out in the bathroom of room 210, dust build up on the bathroom vent in room 321. CA: CA: Toilet rooms and fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. Corrections will be made before rooms are rented out
15 - ice from approved source; properly handled, supplied and stored; equipment approved/clean

Observed ice machine on level 1 with black build up on dispenser. CA: Ice machines should be cleaned at a frequency that maintains cleanliness to sight and touch. PIC will assign employee to sanitize the machine
19 - anti-slip tubs/showers, slip strips, mats or appliqué products provided and in good condition
Regulation: 511-6-2-.08(10) - anti-slip surface
Observed no anti-slip surface or mat in the shower of room 321 (tile only). CA: Anti-slip tubs slip strip, appliques, or slip-proof mats shall be provided and kept clean and in good repair. Add mat or re-finish surface before room is rented
