Observed shepherds hook not securely attached to pole. CA: Body hook shall be securely attached to 12' pole.

Observed combined chlorine level at 2.25ppm. CA: CPO should adjust levels to ensure combined chlorine level does not exceed 0.4ppm to keep disinfectant effective
