Sanitizing bucket concentration of Quaternary ammonium too low at 0 ppm. Corrective Action - Sanitizer concentration must be at the appropriate range (200ppm - 400ppm). Person in charge refilled sanitizing buckets with sanitizer at the appropriate concentration (300ppm).
