Observed in use immersion blender stored in room temp water. Store in hot (135F) water or clean and dry. COS
14C - single-use/single-service articles: properly stored, used
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(10)(g)(1)&(3) - kitchenware and tableware, single-service/-use items properly handled to protect food-/lip-contact surfaces (c)
Observed stacks of to go cups stored in open/uncovered dispenser exposed to potential splash/contamination. Store in covered dispenser, or leave in protective plastic sleeves, with only the bottom of the top cup exposed. COS
17C - physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(a),(b) - good repair, physical facilities maintained; cleaning, frequency & restrictions, cleaned often enough to keep them clean (c)
Observed water stained ceiling tile in mop room and restroom. Replace tile with non absorbent washable tile. Correct by 9/20/25. Also need to clean ceiling vent fans.
