The chlorine bleach sanitizer concentration was over 50ppm. The sanitizer solution was diluted to 50ppm.

Steak was thawing in the meat sink without running water. Meat must thaw under running water or another approved method. The meat was placed in the walk in cooler to thaw.

Single use lard containers were being reused to store beans. Single use containers must be discarded or recycled after use. Only food grade containers that are made to be reused can be used to store food.
