Observed a gentleman crack eggs with gloves on and not wash his hands after. Addressed immediately hand he removed gloves and washed his hands. Corrected On-Site Warning - From follow-up inspection 2026-05-29: Observed cook touch raw sausage with gloves on, then touch a to go container with same gloves on then grab a bowl with same gloves on. Addressed and he removed gloves and washed his hands. To go box and bowl was discarded. Admin Complaint
