Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Reach in freezer and walk in cooler door gasket has mold like substance build up. Pizza oven track trays have build up of food debris.

Basic - Cove molding at floor/wall juncture broken/missing. At the entry to the walk in cooler on the side closest to the main kitchen area, two missing cove molding tiles. Operator has a work order in for the tiles. Corrective Action Taken

Basic - In-use utensil not stored with handle above the top of time/temperature control for safety food and rim of the container. On the main pizza assembly line, plastic scoop in container of cheese with the handle in contact with the shredded cheese. Operator relocated the scoop to the proper storage location. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Open dumpster lid. Shared dumpster lid open.

Basic - Opened employee beverage container in a cold holding unit with food to be served to customers. In the walk in freezer, open employee water bottle stored over food to be sold to customers. Operator removed the employee water bottle. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Standing water in bottom of reach-in-cooler. On the main pizza make line, standing water at the base of the reach in cooler under the bulk sauce container.
