Establishment has no approved Alternative Operating Procedure. Upon inspection, observed employee in kitchen slicing tomatoes and placing in storage bin with bare hands. Also observed employee hamburger, placing items on bun with bare hands. No cross contamination observed.

Employee moved sausage to separate container with other ready-to-eat foods during inspection. Also observed raw eggs over produce in reach in cooler. Employee moved eggs to lower portion of cooler during inspection. Observed in reach in freezer raw packaged chicken stored over ready-to-eat food in freezer. Employee moved raw chicken to lower portion of freezer during inspection. Corrected On-Site
