High Priority - Raw animal food stored over or with unwashed produce. In the reach in cooler, raw chicken wings over unwashed while watermelon. In the reach in freezer, portioned frozen raw chicken wings over packaged hotdogs and bread.

Basic - Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Ice buildup up on seal of reach in chest freezer.

Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Reach in freezer door gasket soiled. Repeat Violation

Intermediate - No chemical test kit provided when using sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine or wiping cloths. Person in charge unable to provide test strips during inspection.

Intermediate - No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. Missing at hand wash sink at the bar, also in mens restroom.

Basic - Carbon dioxide/helium tanks not adequately secured. CO2 tank in kitchen unsecured.

Basic - Ceiling not smooth, nonabsorbent and easily cleanable in food preparation, food storage, or warewashing areas. In back food storage area, ceiling tiles are porous.

Basic - Reach-in cooler interior/shelves have accumulation of soil residues. Bottom interior of reach in cooler and reach in freezer in storage area.
