Hood system was never installed as contractor had a stroke per operator. Unable to get in contact with plan review at time of inspection as they were in a meeting. Operator unable to show proof of the plans being submitted at time of inspection as it is on his computer and the computer is not at establishment. Discussed with Supervisor Aiello and DM Tuex.
