Observed employee pushing down trash in a can and going right back to previous food handling tasks without washing hands or changing gloves. Employee observed touching eyeglasses and continuing food handling tasks without washing hands or changing gloves. Coached operator on proper hand washing procedures.

Basic - Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Observed ice buildup in walk in freezer around door and hinge.

Basic - Interior of oven/microwave has accumulation of black substance/grease/food debris. Observed two microwaves with soiled interiors, rear of kitchen line.
