Observed next to fryers a bus pan with raw chicken wings (51-60F - Cold Holding) per operator held out of temperature less than 30 minutes not portion or prepared today. Operator added more ice to the wings. Corrective Action Taken

Basic - Employee wearing jewelry other than a plain ring on their hands/arms while preparing food. Observed employee with a watch on left wrist preparing chicken wings.

Basic - Reach-in cooler interior/shelves have accumulation of soil residues. Observed interior bottom of reach in freezer soiled with fries.
