Upon inspection observed raw chicken above raw pork in upright freezer in front of cook line in kitchen. Food items repackaged in food grade bagging.

Operator stated food items where placed in this cold holding unit 1 hour prior and ice placed on top of food items of concern to reduced temperature. Repair person contacted.
