High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Potato bites located in top of make line. 114F less than 1 hr.

Basic - Ice buildup in walk-in freezer at condenser.

Basic - Standing water in make line hand wash sink, sink draining very slowly.

High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Diced tomatoes on make line 44/45F less than 1 hr.

Basic - Ceiling tile missing. Rear break room / paper storage room

High Priority - Vacuum breaker missing at hose bibb or on fitting/splitter added to hose bibb. - establishment has a splitter on the faucet for the mop sink. The hose on the right goes up to a chemical dispenser and the one on the left is used for cleaning. There is a back flow preventer, but it is at the top of the splitter and not on the hose on the left.

Intermediate - Backflow preventer not inspected and serviced according to manufacturer's recommendations. - back flow preventer on the top of the faucet for the mop sink is missing the cap.
