Basic - Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. Observed a black substance like mold inside ice machine/bin.

Basic - Ceiling/ceiling tiles/vents soiled with accumulated food debris, grease, dust, or mold-like substance. Observed all throughout the establishment kitchen/preparation area. Repeat Violation

Basic - Clean utensils stored between equipment and wall. Observed kitchen knifes and spatula stored between a rack and a non sanitized surface over three compartment sink. Staff removed the utensils washed and sanitized it and placed in a rack. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Cutting board has cut marks and is no longer cleanable. Observed cutting board with marks not longer cleanable at preparation table by three compartment sink.
