Intermediate - Certified food manager unable to answer basic Food Code questions pertaining to safe operation of establishment. Operator was not able to answer how to calibrate the thermometer.

Basic - No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. Observed at the hand wash sink.

Basic - Reach-in cooler interior/shelves have accumulation of soil residues. Observed reach in cooler interior soiled.

Intermediate - No chemical test kit provided when using sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine or wiping cloths.

Intermediate - No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink.

Intermediate - No probe thermometer provided to measure temperature of food products.

Intermediate - No soap provided at handwash sink.

Basic - Clean equipment/utensils not stored at least 6 inches above the floor. Observed pizza oven not stored 6 inches from floor. As per operator, table has been ordered.

Basic - No drainboards or equivalent provided for soiled items and/or air drying cleaned items. Discussed with operator.
