High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed at prep cooler cut lettuce (51F - Cold Holding) and butter (52F - Cold Holding). As per manager for about 2 hours. Manager placed items into walk in cooler to rapid cool. Corrective Action Taken
