High Priority - Employee handled soiled equipment or utensils and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Observed female employee changing out sanitizing buckets at the 3CS and did not attempt to wash hands before placing gloves on to engage in food preparation in the food prep area. Employee was stopped prior to handling food and coached, employee then washed her hands. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Bathroom door left open other than during cleaning or maintenance. Observed the door to the back restroom jammed open against the floor while no cleaning or maintenance was occurring. Employee pulled on the door in order to allow it to close.

Basic - Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Observed clean plastic and metal food pans stored wet nesting on the shelves near 3CS.

Basic - Equipment in poor repair. Observed disrepair door gasket for the reach in cooler located below Fanta Machine.

Basic - Floor tiles missing and/or in disrepair. Observed missing tile near 3CS wall and entrance, also observed crack tiles in the kitchen area.

Basic - Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Observed on the ceilings, on the shelving units and walls of the walk in freezer. Also observed in the reach in freezer across of the stove.
