High Priority - Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Employee handled raw chicken, put on oven mitts and proceeded to handle pan of cooked chicken pot pans without washing hands. Manager had employee remove oven mitts and wash hands. Corrective Action Taken

High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Items stored in warmer across from office: chicken (125F,133F - Cold Holding). Manager stated chicken placed in warmer thirty minutes prior to temperature being taken. Manager placed chicken in walk-in cooler to cool. Corrective Action Taken

High Priority - Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Containers of soap stored above clean pans on shelf above three compartment sink. Manager had employee move containers of soap to another shelf. Corrected On-Site Repeat Violation Admin Complaint
