High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Inside walk-in cooler: egg (45F - Cold Holding); sausage (45F - Cold Holding); sausage (45F - Cold Holding); milk (45F - Cold Holding); milk (45F - Cold Holding). Ambient air temperature inside the walk-in cooler is 43F. Manager provided temperature logs proving that all foods were at the proper temperature this morning. Manager opened the door to the connected walk-in freezer to help cool the product to 41F. Inspector checked thermometer for calibration and had manager verify temperatures of the products with her own thermometer during this inspection. Corrective Action Taken Warning
