High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. observed in reaching cooler on cooks line chicken (49F - Cold Holding); beef (51F - Cold Holding). explain to the person in charge containers were too full. Person in charge removed some of the product and placed it in the reach in cooler. Corrective Action Taken
