Employee at cookline entered the kitchen from outside, handled the fryer basket handles and put on gloves without first washing hands. Inspector stopped the employee and had him wash his hands before continuing to work at the cookline Corrective Action Taken

Toner cartridges stored on shelf above sauce and soda syrups in dry storage area. Inspector had an employee move the chemicals away during this inspection. Corrected On-Site
