Intermediate - Water with a temperature of least 85 degrees Fahrenheit not provided/shut off at employee handwash sink. Observed water at hand washing sink in unisex bathroom only reached 82F after running for 3-5 minutes. All other hand washing sinks, three compartment sink and mop sink at 85F and above.

Intermediate - No probe thermometer provided to measure temperature of food products. Observed digital probe thermometer is broken on shelf above prep table. No replacement.
