Informed manager to set up 3 compartment sink for washing and sanitizing dishes. Manager set up 3 compartment sink. Corrective Action Taken

Per Manager, all items placed in cooler drawers at 1:30pm from walk in cooler. Manager voluntarily discarded cut lettuce, removed all other items and placed inside walk in freezer.
