Basic - Employee with no beard guard/restraint while engaging in food preparation. Observed cook without a beard guard, operator gave the cook one. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Observed containers on a shelf in the kitchen that were still wet and not properly air drying.

Basic - No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. Observed no handwashing sign in the employees bathroom.

Basic - Single-service articles improperly stored. Observed coffee filters out in the open on a shelf, operator had them put them in a bag. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Unnecessary items stored in garbage enclosure. Observed mirrors, paint cans and other items in the garbage enclosure.

Basic - Unwrapped single-service utensils not presented so that only the handles are touched. Observed at the front counter single service spoons were not handle up, operator corrected. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Ceiling not smooth, nonabsorbent and easily cleanable in food preparation, food storage, or warewashing areas. Observed tile in the corner by the grill in the kitchen torn.
