Observed 1 employee engaged in food prep, 2 employees on cook line preparing food, and 1 employee in drive thru scooping ice and serving food. Warning - From follow-up inspection 2023-04-25: Operator, Tamara Robinson, has completed the course for the food manager certification but has not yet completed the exam and has not been issued a certificate. Vanessa Marcuccio, the current certified food manager for the establishment, is not present at time of callback inspection with three employees working in the kitchen and two employees working the front counter and drive thru service area. Operator Tam, reached out to Bryan, who stated the trainings are not kept at the establishment. Discussed requirement of being able to see original certificates for food handler training from an approved program with all food handling employees past 60 days from hire.
