Employee placed phone in pocket then began engaging in food preparation by handling bowls with no handles in direct contact with cooked food items on cook line. 1 employee wash hands while still wearing gloves. 1 employee wipe eyes with fingers while wearing gloves then engage in food preparation without changing gloves and washing hands. Inspector educated employee proper handwashing procedures.
