Corrected On-Site

Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed gasket on bottom door of reach in freezer at cook line and walk-in-cooler gasket soiled. Also, hood area above fryers and broiler soiled/ accumulation of grease. Also, cabinet with trash receptacle under self dispensing soda machine in dining area has accumulation of debris. Repeat Violation
