Observed employee handle personal cell phone then don gloves without washing hands to engage in food preparation. Inspector educated employee proper handwashing procedures. Corrective Action Taken

High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed canister of whipped cream at temperatures of 61F stored near coffee station. Person in charge stated whipped cream was removed from reach in cooler within past 30 minutes for busy period. Whipped cream was returned to reach in cooler. High Priority - Vacuum breaker missing at hose bibb or on fitting/splitter added to hose bibb. Observed missing vacuum breaker for hose bibb on the exterior wall to right of front door.
