Employee touched the top of her head, handled the telephone, then proceeded to scoop fries without washing hands. Manager had the employee stop and wash hands during this inspection. High Priority - Live, small flying insects found. 1. One fly flying near dish machine. 2. One fly crawling on wall in chemical storage closet. 3. Two flies flying in kitchen near front counter. 4. One fly in back of kitchen, near walk-in cooler.
