Intermediate - Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed employee filling pitcher with water in hand washing sink in the kitchen, owner corrected employee. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Faucet/handle missing at plumbing fixture. Observed mop sink outside is missing handle to the hot water.

Basic - Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Observed ice buildup up on the fans in walk in freezer.

High Priority - Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Observed a piece of raw steak over potatoes in the reach in cooler on the cook line, owner removed the steak. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Employee beverage container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils. Observed an employees open can drink on the shelve in a food preparation area.

Basic - Food offered in a way that misleads/misinforms the consumer. Observed on the board with daily specials out front with fresh catch of the day, owner corrected the board by removing the "Fresh". Corrected On-Site

Basic - Employee beverage container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils. Observed drinks on rear preparation table. Employees relocated. Corrected On-Site

Intermediate - Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed a soiled can opener and rusty mounting plate. Operator cleaned blade and ordered a replacement in front of me. Corrective Action Taken
