Basic - Plumbing system in disrepair. Observed spring hose faucet at prep sink which hangs below the rim of the sink ,removing the air gap. Spring must be adjusted to hold the line 2 inches above the sink rim. Operator hung hose on hook to keep from dropping below sink line and will clip hose up to prevent line from meeting sink when not hooked. Corrective Action Taken
