Basic - Food stored on floor. Observed a can of ketchup on the floor.

Basic - Mobile food dispensing vehicle license number not permanently affixed on the side of the unit in figures at least 2 inches high and in contrasting colors from the background of the vehicle. Observed the food service license is not posted on the side of the truck. This is a repeat violation from 10/09/21. Discussed with operator about adding the license in two inch letters to the truck. Repeat Violation

Intermediate - Hot water supply not maintained during peak periods. Observed the hot water the 75°F after being ran for five minutes. Operator changed battery for the hot water heater ,now 101°F . Corrected On-Site
