Basic - Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. Slight mold like substance inside ice machine as well as ice chute of fountain beverage dispenser.

High Priority - egg wash (48F - Cold Holding) for 2 hours per operator. Operator removed and placed in freezer. Corrective Action Taken

Basic - Dumpster rusted out on bottom. Garbage enclosure area in disrepair. Broken all around the dumpster dented and leaking.
