Basic - Employee eating in a food preparation or other restricted area. Observed unlidded soda cups on table next to drive thru pick up window and on table next to hot holding station next to cooked chicken.

Basic - Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Observed ice build up in the walk in freezer around the door frame and air curtain, observed ice build up in the reach in freezer next to the drive thru Order window.
