Basic - Wiping cloth chlorine sanitizing solution not at proper minimum strength. By office, Sanitizer Buckets (Chlorine 0ppm). Manager had employee discard sanitizer bucket and make new ones and rechecked at 50ppm. Corrected On-Site

High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. egg patty (116F - Hot Holding); folded egg (117F - Hot Holding) In warmer on cook line per manager eggs were in there only 20 mins. Manager voluntarily discarded. Corrective Action Taken
