On top shelf of metal rack next to mop sink, spray bottle of disinfectant and unopened bottle of bathroom cleaner stored next to single service gloves for food. Operator moved chemicals to different shelf with other chemicals. Corrected On-Site

High Priority - Vacuum breaker missing at hose bibb or on fitting/splitter added to hose bibb. Vacuum breaker missing at the end of the splitter for mop sink faucet where black hose is attached.
