High Priority - Operating with an expired Division of Hotels and Restaurants license. Observed license expired December 1,2024.

High Priority - Ready-to-eat food contaminated by employee under restriction/exclusion. Observed what appeared to be employee food in a beer cooler that is not in use/ or on, spoiled and molded. Observed operator throwing away food. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Interior of oven/microwave has accumulation of black substance/grease/food debris. Observed inside of microwave with food splatter.

Basic - Single-service articles not stored inverted or protected from contamination. Observed paper plates not inverted upside down.

Intermediate - Ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food prepared onsite and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked. Observed pasta salad in walk in cooler with out a date mark on it.

Intermediate - Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed a blue flex hose inside hand washing sink
