High Priority - Stop Sale issued due to food not being in a wholesome, sound condition. Observed a 18 pound can of green olives dented at the lid and on the side.

Intermediate - Food-contact surface soiled with food debris. Observed on the can opener. Employee moved opener to the dish washing area to be cleaned and sanitized. Corrective Action Taken

Observed orange juice squeezed on site and packaged with a cup and a lid not labeled with warning label. Manager removed items from display case and will add warning Label.

Intermediate - Operator is not properly tracking/marking the number of days ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food prepared onsite was held at refrigeration temperatures prior to freezing in order to properly date mark the food when it is thawed and held at refrigeration temperatures again. Observed shushucka sauce made previously and frozen not date marked after thawing. Per the employee the sauce was thawed on 7/25. Employee added date marking for tracking. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Food stored on floor. Observed ice cream, milk, and bread stored on the floor in the freezer and pizza sauce and frying oil stored on the floor in the kitchen next to a prep table. Instructed employee to move items to proper storage 6 inches off of floor. Corrective Action Taken

Basic - Time/temperature control for safety food thawed in an improper manner. Observed frozen milk being thawed in a bucket of standing water. Per the manager the milk was placed in the bucket for 1.5 hours. Milk returned to walk-in to thaw properly. Reviewed proper thawing procedures. Corrected On-Site
