All items must be used or discarded 5:45 pm Repeat Violation Admin Complaint - From follow-up inspection 2021-08-18: Pizza cooler sliced sausage 43°, mozzarella cheese 50°, sliced ham 51°, ricotta 54°, in reach in portion ricotta 54° cold holding All items holding over 41°. Per operator states everything was restocked from walk in cooler within past 30 minutes . Per operator cooler was repaired Saturday. Still not maintaining. Recommend time as public health control .
