This violation will be addressed at the next unannounced inspection.

High Priority - Vacuum breaker missing at hose bibb or on fitting/splitter added to hose bibb. Observed no vacuum breaker at mop sink.

Intermediate - Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed ice chute soiled with an accumulation of black and green mold like substance.

Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed interior of reach in cooler underneath make table soiled with food debris.

Basic - Working containers of food removed from original container not identified by common name. Observed 2 unlabeled containers with white substance inside. Manager labeled containers with salt. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Stored food not covered. Observed candies in box not covered for protection in walk in cooler. Manager covered product. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Food stored on floor. Observed fryer oil on floor next to fryer in kitchen area.
