Employee walked outside to serve food to customer, employee brought food back in to place in Togo box, employee didn't wash hands before placing on gloves to move food to Togo box. Employee stepped outside to deliver food came back into trailer put on gloves and started making fresh squeezed lemonade.

Basic - Mobile food dispensing vehicle service opening not kept closed except during food service. Plexiglas sliding windows for orders no screen present. Also the back door was kept open no screen present. Spoke to operator about adding screens to open wings if openings are kept open.
