Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed : the area over the drive thru lemonade dispensing nozzles has buildup.

Intermediate - Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed : multiple tea spouts and 1 soda nozzle(Root beer) that were soiled. Items were being cleaned during the inspection. Corrective Action Taken

Basic - Buildup of food debris/soil residue on equipment door handles. Observed the door frame and handle for the reach-in cooler at the breaker station had an accumulation of flour and debris.

High Priority - Live, small flying insects found Observed: one fly in the drive thru area.

Basic - Sanitizer bucket/pouch stored with food, equipment, utensils, linens, single-service, or single-use articles. Observed: on the front line, pouch with quaternary amonia sanitizer(300 ppm) stored over guest cups. The pouch was moved below. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Buildup of food debris/soil residue on equipment door handles. Observed: door handles and frames on the cook line reach-in cooler have an accumulation of flour.

Basic - In-use tongs stored on equipment door handle between uses. Observed: tongs on the cook line, hanging on a handle and protruding into the walkway. The tongs were adjusted. Corrected On-Site

High Priority - Employee touched bare body part and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Observed: prep staff adjust glasses and nose, then continue with the same gloves on working on the prep line. The manager redirected the employee, who then washed hand sanitizer added gloves. Corrected On-Site

High Priority - Vacuum breaker missing at mop sink faucet or on fitting/splitter added to mop sink faucet. Observed: lack of a vacuum breaker on the spout at the mop sink, ALSO, the mop sink now has a 4 way splitter, only one has a vacuum breaker and that one is attached to the chemical system.

Intermediate - Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed multiple tea nozzles in front and back/drive thru, have an accumulation f build up.

Basic - Food stored on floor. Observed bulk oil on the floor at the fryer station. This was moved to storage. Corrected On-Site

High Priority - Employee touched soiled apron/clothes and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Observed: in the cook line, male staff touch(hike) pants, then touch unwrapped buns, then hike pants and adjusted his glasses. It was suggested for a wash and glove change and was immediately done. Corrected On-Site

Intermediate - No measuring device available for measuring utensil surface temperature when using hot water as sanitizer in a dishmachine. Observed: lack of an irreversible registering temperature indicator for the hi+temp dish wash machine. A yellow thermometer was used, but it could not hold the hi temp at that time. The Manuel was googled for this device, and instructions were retrieved. Corrective Action Taken

Basic - Standing water in bottom of reach-in-cooler. Observed standing water in the 2 door(yellow apron only) reach-in cooler by the walk-in freezer.

Basic - Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Observed ice build up behind the unit in the walk-in-freezer .

High Priority - Vacuum breaker missing at mop sink faucet or on fitting/splitter added to mop sink faucet. Observed "Y" connector at mop sink with missing vacuum breaker on the non chemical side of the "Y" connector. `

Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed mold like substance on the underside of the non food contact surface of the nozzles on the soda dispensing machine. Repeat Violation

Basic - Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Observed ice build up on cooling unit of Walk-in Freezer .

Observed handles to Reach in Cooler in the kitchen soiled with food material, and observed dried material on the underside of the non food contact surface of the nozzles on the juice dispensing machine at front counter. Manager instructed employees to clean equipment. Corrective Action Taken

Intermediate - No chemical test kit provided when using sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine or wiping cloths. Observed not test strips for three compartment sink. Manager advised that they have the test strips on order.

Basic - No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees.obs no employee hand was an sign in men's restroom. Manger placed sign behind door. Corrected On-Site
