Basic - In-use tongs stored on equipment door handle between uses. Observed: tongs on the cook line, hanging on a handle and protruding into the walkway. The tongs were adjusted. Corrected On-Site

High Priority - Employee touched bare body part and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Observed: prep staff adjust glasses and nose, then continue with the same gloves on working on the prep line. The manager redirected the employee, who then washed hand sanitizer added gloves. High Priority - Vacuum breaker missing at mop sink faucet or on fitting/splitter added to mop sink faucet. Observed: lack of a vacuum breaker on the spout at the mop sink, ALSO, the mop sink now has a 4 way splitter, only one has a vacuum breaker and that one is attached to the chemical system.
Intermediate - Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed multiple tea nozzles in front and back/drive thru, have an accumulation f build up.

Observed: in the cook line, male staff touch(hike) pants, then touch unwrapped buns, then hike pants and adjusted his glasses. It was suggested for a wash and glove change and was immediately done. Intermediate - No measuring device available for measuring utensil surface temperature when using hot water as sanitizer in a dishmachine. Observed: lack of an irreversible registering temperature indicator for the hi+temp dish wash machine. A yellow thermometer was used, but it could not hold the hi temp at that time. The Manuel was googled for this device, and instructions were retrieved. Corrective Action Taken
