Observed concrete blocks, etc. stored on property that do not appear to be necessary for operation of the park. Observed several utility trailers and vehicles that are parked on property and do not appear to move or be functional. Observed various items stored around and under units in spaces 12, 19, 1 in excess. 511-6-2-.18(2) states: Grounds, including spaces beneath buildings and trailers, shall be kept clean and free of litter. 511-6-2-.18(3) states: Only articles necessary to the operation and maintenance of the establishment shall be stored on the premises

Observed dumpster lid open. Observed open bags of trash on ground beside and behind dumpster with trash scattered around dumpster pad. 511-6-2-.12(2) states: All outside refuse or garbage storage containers [sic] shall be provided with tight-fitting lids or covers and shall be kept covered when stored. 511-6-.12(3) states: Areas surrounding these [sic] containers shall be kept clean and orderly

Observed multiple utility trailers, concrete blocks, etc. stored on property. Observed vehicle on jack stands stored on property. Trailer spaces are not clean and unobstructed. Observed large propane tanks, storage buildings, vehicles, trailers, satellites, patio furniture outside of rented spaces and blocking spaces
