Observed Food Safety Manager Certification is expired. Date of expiration is 3/2/25. Ensure to have an up to date CFSM certification at facility. I will be back in 30 days to verify that certification is renewed. Informed owner of old CFSM to renew old certification.

Observed sanitizer buckets both at 0ppmQ. Ensure sanitizer buckets are at least 150ppmQ. PIC changed out bucket with new sanitizer. Fixed to 200ppmQ for sanitizer bucket.
