AT THE BEGINING OF INSPECTION, THE HAND SOAP DISPENSER WAS NOT OPERATIONAL DUE TO DEAD BATTERY. PIC REPLACED BATTERY AND RESTORED FUNCTIONALITY BY END OF INSPECTION.
