NO HANDWASHING SOAP LOCATED AT HANDWASHING SINK BY COOK LINE. SOAP DISPENSER FOR HANDWASHING SINK AT DISH PIT BLOCKED BY SEVERAL TOWERS OF CUPS. HAND SINKS MUST BE FULLY EQUIPPED WITH SOAP, HAND TOWELS, AND HOT/COLD RUNNING WATER AT ALL TIMES TO ALLOW FOR FREQUENT HANDWASHING. PIC REPLACED HAND SOAP AND MOVED CUPS.

OBSERVED HAND SINK BY COOK LINE HANGING FROM THE WALL WITH A GAP IN BETWEEN SINK AND WALL, WHERE SCREW HAS COME LOOSE. ALL SINKS MUST BE SECURELY ATTACHED TO THE WALL AND SEALED TO PREVENT GRIME AND DEBRIS FROM ENTERING BEHIND THE SINK.
