THE DRAIN PLUG OF THE DUMPSTER WAS OBSERVED TO BE MISSING. DRAIN PLUG MUST BE REPLACES AS SOON AS POSSIBLE TO PREVENT INSECT HARBORAGE. OBSERVED A CRACK OPENING BETWEEN THE WALL AND THE FREEZER, ALLOWING LIGHT AND INSECTS TO BE ABLE TO ENTER. ALL OUTER OPENINGS MUST BE PROPERLY SEALED TO PREVENT ENTRY OF INSECTS.
