OBSERVED THAT THE HAND SINK BY THE FRONT SERVICE STATION WAS NOT FULLY SEALED TO THE WALL, ALLOWING DEBRIS AND GRIME TO FALL BEHIND IT. ALL SINKS AND OTHER FIXED EQUIPMENT MUST BE SEALED TO THE WALL TO PREVENT BUILDUP OF GRIME AND DEBRIS IN UNCLEANABLE AREAS.
17C - physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean

OBSERVED THAT SOME DRAIN PIPES UNDER THE HAND SINK BY THE FRONT SERVICE AREA HAS MILDEW GROWING ON THE EXTERIOR SURFACE OF THE PIPES. ALL SURFACES OF THE FOOD SERVICE FACILITY MUST BE CLEANED OFTEN ENOUGH TO PREVENT BUILDUP OF GRIME AND DEBRIS.
